▶Objectives
The project aims to enhance youth organizations' capabilities to involve highly vulnerable young people (HVYP) in non-formal education (NFE) programs and international mobilities. It focuses on preparing organizations to tackle challenges encountered while engaging these youths, sharing knowledge and best practices among partners and beyond for more inclusive youth work. It focuses on bridging the gap between inclusion policies and practices highlighting the resource gap for integrating HVYP.
▶Activities
Activities include the development of a Handout and infographics on involving HVYP in NFE program; promotion of safeguarding practices; creation of an online course for youth workers and modular Trainer’s Manual. Workshops (C1,C3) for exchanging experiences and best practices among youth workers, and blended learning activities (C4) will prepare them for involving HVYP, enhancing organizational capacities. Youth exchanges will be implemented to test developed resources.
