The primary objective of the project is to improve the capacity of children's museums to work with adolescents using art as an interactive medium, with the direct involvement of artists; this capacity needs to be deepened in terms of training and enrichment of the skills of those who work in direct contact with people (especially adolescents) in terms of cultural and educational programmes.

- Two training sessions dedicated to the staff of museum organisations will be implemented, with the theme: inclusion of adolescents and the design of art trails in museums. - Designing and testing two artist ateliers as an outcome of the previous training. - Production of a guideline document for the design of visual art activities for adolescents in museums.

- Enhancing the skills of the staff of partner organisations. - Creation of useful tools for the design of artist ateliers for adolescents in a museum setting. - Readiness to expand their audience through capacity building. - Stimulate, create and strengthen a bridge between two different worlds that are very distant from each other, i.e. the new generations of adolescents and the two involved museums.
