The JOBAUT project sets its main goal in increasing the inclusion of people on the autism spectrum in the open labour market. This will be achieved by developing the JOBAUT coaching methodology and toolkit, providing professionals with operational tools to develop personalized job coaching paths. Thanks to its holistic approach, the JOBAUT methodology and toolkit will ensure the job placement of autistic people while also guiding them in building an independent life project.

The project aims at to innovate the professional role and profile of Job Coach figures in HSCSS, providing effective know-how and tools to perform a successful job placement of people on the autism spectrum on the open labour market. This will happen thanks to the realization of: - E-booklet for the job placement of autistic people (R1); - JOBAUT Methodology for the coaching of autistic persons (R2); - JOBAUT Toolkit (R3); - E-learning platform (R4); - Training “Job coaches for Autism' (C1).
