Objectives

The project will support the eco-sustainability principles of the European green deal, focusing particularly on dry intervention systems in construction sector; it will favor the transfer of good training practices for strengthening the competences of skilled workers and technicians, primarily involving people with fewer opportunities and focusing on technology and innovation. It will raise awareness of the greater use of dry intervention system.

Activities

First of all, the project will implement a mapping of the sectoral context of each partner. This will be followed by a training trial for workers and technicians, characterized by innovative methodologies and contents. Among the methodologies, there will be the playful gaming 'Ediltrophy', specially designed to improve the learning effectiveness of the target in question. Specific initiatives for discussion on innovation, social inclusion and eco-sustainability will be activated.

Impact

There will be increased awareness among companies/workers/manufactures/institutions regarding dry-processing systems; synergies and collaborations are expected to develop even beyond the project’s conclusion, involving not only the construction sector; uniform training programs and materials will be created as well as files on standardized units of competence for workers/technicians; there will be methodologies about digitalisation and social inclusion that can be used in other contexts/sectors.
