▶Objectives
The main project's objectives are: -increasing the quality of work and practices of the organizations involved; -promoting the development of European networks between organizers of independent cultural events and festivals; -contributing to digital and sustainable (environmental, economic and social) innovation and transformation and improve their transnational capacity of European festival organizers and cultural operators.
▶Activities
The project activities are divided into five macro-categories: - project management, implementation and monitoring activities (for the entire duration of the project); - communication and dissemination activities (for the entire duration of the project); - learning workshops on the following topics: audience development, festival sustainability, digital skills; - output: digital platform and toolkit development; - multiplier events.
▶Impact
The main project outputs are: - development of a digital platform for the promotion of European independent festivals, emerging artists and territories; - development of guidelines for innovation, digital transformation and sustainable growth of European cultural operators (toolkit).
