▶Objectives
The project seek to undertake a project championing Work-Based Learning as the ideal educative system to prepare students to succeed in the labour market. Furthermore, it wants to improve HEI’s workers digital competencies and provide free, innovative and easy-to-use tools to be used directly by final users.
▶Activities
- A Report outlining a WBL framework and best practices, including QA systems - A QA toolkit, 3 CPD course and an Online Platform - 6 redesigned curricula, embedding WBL - Pilot testing of WBL micro credentials and CPD course in 2 partner countries - 1 conference - 4 online media campaigns, one in each partner country.
▶Impact
Improved digital skills of HEIs workers. Improved involvement and productivity of students. Higher efficiency in terms of quality of the lessons’. Development of replicable and sustainable methodology. Development of multi-disciplinary networks at local, national and European level that will facilitate in the long run the implementation of innovative projects.
