Objectives

S.O.1: Integrate SSH and STEM in a new interdisciplinary ethics by design approach for trustworthy AI in healthcare. S.O.2: Upskill educators with knowledge/skills in trustworthy AI in healthcare and stimulate innovative teaching methods. S.O.3: Enhance students’ knowledge/skills in trustworthy AI in healthcare to match labor market needs. S.O.4: Foster HEIs-business partnerships to increase career prospects and employability skills of students and professionals.

Activities

With the support of the grant requested for Project Management and Implementation,we intend to carry out activities that will be deployed during specific phases of our project but also horizontally all through the duration of it. The activities it encompasses are the following: A. Coordination/ implementation activities: implementation of meetings, quality assurance, project reports, quality control B. Monitoring and control activities C. Information, promotion and dissemination activities

Impact

The EthicAI4CARE project will produce the following main results (linked to WPs): R1: Ethics by design framework and self-assessment tool for AI in healthcare (linked to WP2) R2: Upskilling educators in healthcare (professors, teachers, researchers) in AI ethics (WP3) R3: Innovative training modules for students in healthcare (WP4) R4: Policy recommendations and HEIs-Business network for practical exploitation (WP5)
