According to both EU and global data the business case of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the tourism sector is solid and the labour market needs a skilled and prepared workforce to cater to the diverse needs and expectations of customers and employees. The project tackles the issue of enriching the curricula of VET learners at the time of generative AI (Artificial Intelligence), offering them training tools able to combine ethical values with business and technological innovation.
