▶Objectives
The main goal of the project is to develop competences and exchange experiences of 12 representatives of the education staff of partner organizations in the field of public education in the following topics: education supporting the development of key competences in the field of music and art, with particular emphasis on the traditions of the partner organizations' regions, over a period of 18 months
▶Activities
Conducting 2 short training programs for employees and conducting a total of 42 hours of workshops and educational activities. Conducting 2 mobilities of the Combined Mobility type for adult learners, in which the Partners' beneficiaries will participate (min. 15 people), developing during these mobilities 3 six-month plans for the development of key competences and conducting 36 hours of various workshops and classes for participants.
