โ–ถObjectives

The aim is to effectively support employers in the hotel industry in solving the problems of staff gaps. The goal will be implemented in two ways. On the one hand, by persuading hoteliers to open up to new target groups that constitute a potential reservoir of staff (deaf people, mature people aged 50+ with little professional experience). On the other hand, by equipping hoteliers with educational tools that allow for the effective preparation of representatives of this groups to work.

โ–ถActivities

We want to convince hoteliers that people from the indicated target groups are potentially good, loyal and responsible employees, and we want to prepare training materials allowing representatives of these groups to improve/acquire competences appropriate to work in the hotel industry. In order to achieve our objectives, we are going to rely on our extensive knowledge and experience in working with people with disability and people 50+, as well as knowledge of the hotel industry and its needs.
