The goal of the project is to enhance psychological safety in hybrid teams in SMEs by developing, testing and implementing a complete system of complementary resources and tools centered around interactions and relationships, addressed to team members (leaders,managers,employees), companies and trainers to improve a hybrid team’s performance, well-being, innovation and resilience.
