The objectives of the AI-WORK project proposal are as follows: (1) Develop tailored AI up-skilling pathways for small business owners, specifically those over 50, enhancing their competencies and ensuring inclusivity. (2) Increase digital readiness of SME owners through knowledge and skills to effectively adopt AI technologies, enhancing efficiency and competitiveness. (3) Impact the labor market and adult education by creating an innovative AI training module that can be replicated and adapted.

The objectives will be reached by implementing the following activities: A1 - Project management A2 - Development of an interactive study and simulation hub A3 - Training and support for SME managers and owners in the field of AI application A4 - Implementation of a SME Network, thanks to dissemination strategies and online/in-presence events
