โ–ถObjectives

By implementing this project 92 small producers, local shops and restaurants representatives from Harghita county (RO) will have their international cooperation, communication, digital and green skills increased in order to familiarize with the Short Food Supply Chains (SFSCs) economic model and make agriculture and food provision more environmentally, socially and economically sustainable. 9 adult educators from RO and HU will have their competencies for engaging and innovative adult education.

โ–ถActivities

We will develop an online training course for RO small producers, representatives of local shops and restaurants based on a competence framework and curriculum designed for the purpose, and implement a transnational training and study visit in HU. We will organise workshop series and collect good practices of SFSC initiatives from RO and HU in video format. A Practical guide and methodology to set up a SFSC logistics centre will be developed by experts from HU.
