Enhance the teaching and professional capabilities of educators to foster the development of students' life and entrepreneurial competences, along with language acquisition, through the implementation of effective coaching-teaching methodologies. Elevate the life competences of adult learners in alignment with established frameworks such as the European Entrepreneurship Competence Framework, Cambridge Life Competencies Framework, and the Cambridge Employability Framework.

We will undertake: Output development activities: to develop a holistic Toolkit for teachers and students Piloting activities: to evaluate the effectiveness of developed teaching and training materials Evaluation activities: to monitor project impacts/outcomes and relevance Quality management activities: to ensure quality of outputs and other processes/activities Dissemination activities: to promote project results Transnational project meetings: to facilitate communication and collaboration

Presentations tailored for student learning. Lesson plans designed to guide educators in delivering effective training sessions. Self-assessment and team-assessment questionnaires for student evaluation. Assessment guidelines to aid educators in assessing student progress and performance. The main outcome anticipated is the widespread implementation of the Toolkit by language educators, leading to the enhancement of teaching competences and the development of essential life skills among students
