Training for coaches: Improving the communication of coaches with children, the under-14s category Exchange of experience with the two partner clubs and the implementation of the knowledge gained in the own academy Online education for everyone - Online application platform for de-stressing the coaches before the match and training Dissemination of project results
▶Impact
The most important part is that we want to improve the communication skills of the coaches and through this, give up as few children as possible to play football. By conducting training for coaches, we aim to achieve excellent and high-quality results. We expect improvements in the quality of training through the acquisition of new knowledge and effective techniques, by implementing innovative strategies in training sessions.
