Research results on mental health in the region of ex- Yugoslavia show 30% of the population is found to be psychologically challenged. We plan to implement the successful MH adult education Recovery College model through establishing 4 innovative MH learning spaces, ensuring quality, inclusive, educational and preventive programs are delivered, contributing to the improvement of adult education in the region and to wellbeing of psychiatric care users, MH staff and general population.
