โ–ถObjectives

The project aims to improve the competencies and skills of adults in the 50+ group through a tailored training program to start their own entrepreneurial projects, pursue a career change, or work as freelancers. The project's main objective is to create a MOOC that covers all the necessary information and skills for late entrepreneurs. The project involves 6 partners from 5 European countries with extensive experience in business, education or through contact with the target group.

โ–ถActivities

Activities include conducting desk research and a survey to identify the needs, preferences, and challenges faced by adults aged 50+ who are interested in late entrepreneurship. Based on the findings, a MOOC will be created. Each partner will contribute to two chapters out of six. The MOOC will be pilot-tested, and ongoing revisions will be made based on feedback. An internal workshop will be organized in Finland to review the collected data and design the final structure of the MOOC.

โ–ถImpact

The result is the creation of a MOOC made specifically to the needs of adults aged 50+ interested in late entrepreneurship. The MOOC will be created based on the findings of the research conducted by the project team. It is expected to be a comprehensive learning resource covering all the necessary information for late entrepreneurs. Additionally, the project aims to pilot the MOOC with at least 350 participants, collecting their feedback to ensure that the MOOC remains relevant and up-to-date.
