The primary goal: To empower women in rural areas through a comprehensive approach in rapidly evolving labour market. We have 4 project objectives: 1- Enhancing digital literacy in rural women and develop their digital skills. 2- Introducing e-commerce and online entrepreneurship to empower women economically. 3- Providing personalised career counselling and job search support. 4- Improving skills of professionals working with women, particularly in digital tools and effective teaching methods.

We plan to implement the following activities: 1- Creation of PRO-WOMEN Digital Skills Training Program and Implementation of the Trainings (2-day activity) 2- PRO-WOMEN Training and Mentorship for Entrepreneurship (2-day activity) 3- Personalised Career Counselling and Job Search Support Workshop (2-day activity) 4- Dissemination and promotion activities 5- Short Term Staff Training Event (3-day activity) 6- 3 Transnational project meetings 7- 2 final workshops in 2 partner countries
