Our project aims to enhance the digital literacy of the elderly. By providing customized educational materials and programs, we hope to assist the elderly in using digital technology more successfully and safely. Social Inclusion and Well-being: Through digital literacy, we aim to increase social inclusion among the elderly.
▶Activities
In these mobilities, Digital Skills Training for the Elderly: Exploring Innovative Ways will be conducted in Turkey, Digital Skills Education LTT will be carried out in Belgium and Slovenia. The interactive e-Dictionary titled "Dancing with Technology: Elderly's Journey" will be developed. "ElderTech Chronicles: Weaving Stories of Wisdom" digital storytelling will also be implemented. An enriched e-book titled "Dancing with Technology: Elderly's Journey" with QR codes will be created.
▶Impact
Elderly adults will enhance their ability to use digital technology more easily and efficiently. Our target audience of elderly adults will engage in more social interactions on digital platforms, consequently increasing their social participation. Awareness of the importance of digital literacy and technology use for elderly adults will increase. Elderly individuals will collaborate with stakeholders to promote social connections and social participation, thus enhancing public awareness.
