▶Objectives
The main objectives of this project are: - To develop a methodology based on Emotional Intelligence and adapted to the changes and situation that we are experiencing at a global level, aimed at job counsellors. - Provide a soft skills training manual to improve the social and labour inclusion of unemployed women and encourage self-employment.
▶Activities
- PR1 - development of the theoretical and practical material to use by the job counsellors and the development of a manual at the end of the PR1 (The skilled counsellor manual) - PR2 - development of the theoretical and practical material to use by the job seekers and the development of a manual at the end of the PR2 (The skilful woman manual). ME - a multiplier event in each country to disseminate the results of our project - Local training activity - each partner will train 5 persons
