▶Objectives
The goal of the "Multiversity" project is to strengthen cooperation between the three partner nations and enhance the insertion of 20 immigrant + teachers that work with migrant students by creating five modified approaches for teaching musical instruments. The initiative aims to counteract the discrimination of migrant teachers, promote diversity and equality in education, and enhance the quality of instruction and professional development in the realm of education.

Activities to enhance the incorporation of 20 migrant + local instructors working with migrant pupils will be implemented as part of the "Multiversity" initiative. Developing customized techniques for teaching musical instruments, hosting training sessions and sharing best practices, and creating a guidebook of inclusive and educational best practices are some of these initiatives.

The following outcomes are what we hope to accomplish with this project: • Improving the degree of integration and inclusion between native and immigrant educators who deal with immigrant pupils Enhancing professional development and education standards; Strengthening cooperation between the three partner nations and creating solutions for a more varied and inclusive education system; Encouraging diversity and inclusion in education and fighting the exclusion of migrant educators
