To enable students to know and discover themselves, to increase their responsibilities and self-confidence, to enable them to cope with new conditions and new people and to act according to the situation, to develop creative thinking skills, to strengthen relations with European schools, to learn to understand and respect different cultures, to build "bridges" during the project. ”, the collaborative work of social students and disadvantaged people will be supported.

Students will be given learning opportunities to get to know different street flavors and create new recipes through collaborative work. Students should use online tools before project meetings; They will be taught to use Skype and Zoom, and language support will be provided. Each participating school will hold preparatory meetings to provide language and intercultural support. We will increase our inclusiveness by connecting to one of the classes in our own schools during the mobilities.

An e-book will be created that will include street food recipes from 4 different countries and newly created synthesis recipes. These recipes will be presented at the festival. Students will have the opportunity to apply and develop these skills they have acquired both in their education life and when they become employed through the experiences they gain in internship activities. New teaching and learning skills will be used for years through dissemination activities.
