Our approach to sharing and utilizing project outcomes will ensure that the materials, knowledge, and tools are widely disseminated and adopted, reaching our partners, local communities, the broader public. The focus is on maximizing the long-term impact and fostering a deeper understanding of democratic education within the adult education sector. Activities

The project will consist of 4 main activities A1: Project management A2: LTTA to foster competencies and sharing best practices of adult learners, primarily teachers. A3: Creation of comprehensive and age-appropriate educational resources, including a Teachers' Manual, an Adult Trainers' Guidebook, and various children’s resources like lesson plans, videos, and games. A4: Dissemination activities like hands-on workshops and the final dissemination event, “Democracy for Children”.

Impact

The expected outcomes of this project include the creation of scalable, adaptable educational tools that can be utilized across different educational settings to teach democratic principles effectively. We also anticipate a significant enhancement in the skills of educators, enabling them to better teach civic responsibilities, to increase awareness and engagement among children regarding their roles in a democratic society, encouraging them to understand and participate in democratic processes.
