ECLIPTIC aims to develop an innovative VET opportunity targeting European cancer nurses to: 1) enhance clinical skills and patient care, 2) focus on specialist practice skills, 3) increase clinical leadership. Furthermore, the project's objectives align with the need for standardized and advanced cancer nursing education that is crucial for the well-being of people affected by cancer but also for the overall advancement of cancer care across Europe.

The project, other than Project Manager, Communication and Dissemination, has 4 project activities: 1. Project kick-off and preparatory phase 2. Comprehensive cancer nursing excellence program: bridging theory and practice 3. The Simulation Clinic 4. Empowering Excellence in Oncology: Transformative Workshops for Advancement of cancer nurses
▶Impact
The project focuses on two main outcomes: 1. Improve key competency enhancement in cancer nursing care through practical and theoretical activities. 2. Improve cancer patients’ care through Europe to equalize assistance level in EU members States.
