ā–¶Objectives

Our Journey2Work project has 2 objectives: 1. To train soft skills in people with mental disabilities to enhance their ability to choose a profession and improve their chances of employment; 2. Develop the capacity of partner organisations to offer adapted career guidance by creating and implementing a blended learning programme suitable for people with mental disabilities. The objectives will be achieved through experiential learning.

A1: Exchange of experiences and Design of Instructional Programme in soft skills for employment for Adults with Mental Disabilities A2: Joint Training Camps for Job Skills and Employment Opportunities for Adults with Mental Disabilities A3: Dissemination and Multiplier events A4: Transnational Project Management Team Meetings A5: Project Management

ā–¶Impact

e aim to achieve: • 2 training camps for adults with mental disabilities. • 10 participants will complete job-prep soft skills training. • 15 trainers from 3 organizations in 2 countries will exchange best practices, design, and pilot a joint program. • 3 public events will engage 100 stakeholders, promoting project results. • A best practices guide for job placement will be shared. Outcomes: Increased participant confidence, improved training quality, and stronger organizational capacity.
