The EmpowerHer project aims to empower unemployed or disadvantaged women from rural and less-developed areas by providing them with the tools, skills, and mentorship necessary to succeed in their careers and entrepreneurial endeavors. The project will deliver key outputs, including a Mentorship Guidance Kit, Needs Assessment Tool for mentees, and Competence Assessment Tool for mentors. Workshops for Good Practices: Four-day workshops in Greece for exchanging good practices on mentorship programs for women entrepreneurs. Development of Mentorship Tools: Creation of the Mentorship Guidance Kit, Needs Assessment Tool for mentees, and Competence Assessment Tool for mentors. Testing Phase: Pilot testing of the mentorship program with women from rural and disadvantaged areas. Local Multiplier Events: InfoDays in each partner country to present project results and gather feedback.

We expect EmpowerHer to deliver key results, including the creation of a Mentorship Guidance Kit, Needs Assessment Tool for mentees, and Competence Assessment Tool for mentors. These resources will empower disadvantaged women, enhancing their entrepreneurial skills and confidence. The project will also establish sustainable mentorship programs, foster social inclusion, and strengthen the capacity of participating organizations. We aim to reach at least 100 women per partner country.
