The 'CoachingHer' project addresses the challenge of supporting working mothers to find a balance between work and family life. Specifically, the aim is to solve the problem of women forced to leave their jobs due to the lack of welfare policies that adequately support parenthood, and to create an environment in which women can continue to work and pursue their professional ambitions without having to choose between work and family care.
