This project is divided into several activities: project management and implementation; workshops and performances in nature; development of adult educational materials and translations in ES, DK, ENG; workshops for adult educators, learners in application of the materials; communication of the project results through SoMe, networks to regions and municipalities and 1 festivals in DK, conf. in Spain, evaluation of the project results through Action learning model methodology.

The creation of the cookbook stemming from this nature, food, and art-based project holds significant potential to impact comprehension and actions in an increasingly fast-paced world. By documenting our experiences and culinary creations inspired by nature, we aim to provide a tangible resource that fosters a deeper understanding of the natural world and encourages environmental readiness among learners. Hopefully a book serves as a tool for social inclusion and a sense of belonging.
