The Cross Innovation Compass (CIC) project aims to empower Cultural and Creative Sector (CCS) professionals by providing them with practical tools to generate new income streams through cross-sectoral collaborations. By developing a comprehensive methodology based on expert insights and workshop outputs, the project will enhance the capacity of CCS workers to innovate, diversify their offerings, and build sustainable, economically viable partnerships.
▶Activities
The project will conduct workshops to gather insights from CCS and public and private sector professionals. It will develop the CIC tool as both a PDF and an interactive web-based resource with engaging audiovisual content. Dissemination events in Estonia and Belgium will promote the tool, gather feedback, and encourage its adoption by stakeholders across Europe, fostering practical cross-sectoral collaboration.
▶Impact
The project will foster new collaborations between CCS and public and private sector organisations, increase the capacity of CCS organisations to engage in cross-sectoral work, and promote creative entrepreneurship.
