Objectives

The YOUTH-IIT project empowers young entrepreneurs by integrating IoT training with collaborative tools like Arduino, ESP32, and Trello. It fosters entrepreneurial mindsets and practical IoT skills, emphasizing sustainability through energy optimization and waste reduction. Targeting young people with fewer opportunities, including NEETs, the project aims to nurture a generation of tech-savvy, environmentally conscious entrepreneurs, contributing to economic innovation and sustainability.

Activities

The YOUTH-IIT project will implement five work packages over 30 months, covering studies, research, IoT content development, an e-learning platform, and the YOUTH-IIT App. Activities include translations, sharing campaigns, and testing in four EU countries. The project emphasizes environmental sustainability through IoT training, targeting energy efficiency and climate change mitigation. Results will be disseminated via online platforms, webinars, and conferences to maximize impact.

Impact

The YOUTH-IIT project focuses on empowering 200 young entrepreneurs, including women and Ukrainian migrants, through an e-learning platform to develop IoT and collaborative skills. It promotes sustainable business practices, improving energy efficiency and reducing waste to support climate action. Extensive outreach ensures visibility, empowering women and migrants as primary beneficiaries.
