▶Objectives
To address rural depopulation, aligned with the EU Strategy for Rural Recovery, young people will be empowered with key soft skills and strategic rural planning. Youth workers will be trained to mentor and support rural youth, equipping them to enhance their communities' vitality and sustainability. This initiative will build young people's confidence and competencies, enabling them to drive local development and attract newcomers, fostering long-term community resilience.

1.Best practice Collection. Research on best practices on rural youth policies. 2. Training Modules for youth workers to mentor youth in soft skills and strategic rural planning. 3. Creation of 4 Local and Regional Rural Labs for the co-production of the Training Course with the active participation of young people. 5. Training Course implementation: Agents for Rural Change Profile for youth workers, cocreated by young people. 6. Local and a final dissemination event.
