The main objectives of our projects were : 
 1. to acquire new knowledge about the relationships between dance, the body, nature and wellbeing,
 2. to involve people who are isolated from cultural activities in both rural and urban areas, with a particular focus on an inclusive and participatory approach,
 3. to create a transnational network of professionals and citizens, raising their awareness of issues related to ecology, health and wellbeing.
