Petit Bridge at School project (PBAS) aims to integrate Petit Bridge game into elementary education to enhance primary school children' mathematical, cognitive, emotional and social skills. By developing an international model based on this mind game, we seek to improve critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork among young pupils, particularly in disadvantaged areas, and establish Petit Bridge as a valuable tool in non-formal education and inclusive learning environments.

We will implement a series of strategic activities: conducting preliminary research to refine the Petit Bridge model, training national ambassadors and teachers, planning and designing a pilot test, selecting participating 15 schools and evaluate its outcomes. This includes finalizing training toolkits, organizing a conference/workshop with international federations, identifying key stakheolders/ambassadors and hosting a digital webinar to showcase results and promote the Petit Bridge concept.

PBAS will enhance bridge education in schools and increase engagement in the game among young people. Anticipated results include better cognitive and social skills in primary school children, successful implementation of Petit Bridge across various countries. The project aims to create a sustainable and replicable framework for integrating bridge into educational curricula and community activities as well in the grassroots policies of European national bridge federations or key stakeholders.
