▶Objectives
The AMPLIFY! project aims to support the professional development of marginalized young creative entrepreneurs by providing them with access to innovative and personalized transnational learning mechanisms. It seeks to enhance the capacity of partner organizations and their ecosystems to support these youth, who face discrimination or economic challenges, while promoting inclusion, diversity, and dialogue among stakeholders in the creative and cultural sectors.
▶Activities
The project includes the design of a support program, the implementation of individualized non-formal learning pathways, the organization of thematic symposiums, and the development of digital tools. Events in each of the five partner countries and a final restitution colloquium will share the outcomes and ensure sustainable impact, while engaging young people and mentors in transnational networking activities.
▶Impact
The project aims to develop a standardized non-formal learning pathway, piloted by ten groups of young people, to improve the professional integration of marginalized creatives and establish best practices in mentorship. It seeks to strengthen international networks and ensure the sustainability of support mechanisms, while increasing the engagement of public and private stakeholders in policies supporting young creatives.
