▶Objectives
TheEcoInnovators project aims to empower young people (16-25) by developing their skills in sustainable product development and increasing their digital competencies. Through hands-on training, the project will promote youth entrepreneurship with a focus on environmental sustainability. The primary objective is to foster cooperation, innovation and civic engagement across Europe, while equipping young people with the tools to tackle global environmental challenges.
▶Activities
The project will organize various activities in five countries, including workshops, learning, teaching and training events (LTT) and virtual events. Activities will include hands-on sustainability workshops, group projects and digital learning sessions. Participants will interact with the GreenLink Hub, a digital platform for educational resources and networking. The methodology promotes experiential learning, digital collaboration and intercultural exchange.
▶Impact
Key outputs include the creation of 15-20 educational resources, the GreenLink Hub platform for sharing sustainability knowledge and the development of youth-led sustainability projects. The project will promote international collaborations, increase youth engagement in environmental issues and support green entrepreneurship. In the long term, the project aims to improve sustainability education and benefit wider communities across Europe by developing future environmental leaders.
