Objectives

Our Erasmus project aims to turn students into eco-friendly consumers and to promote this behavior in their families and schools. A major aim is for participants to learn from each other, adopt good practices and methods and develop their key skills. Getting to know other cultures should create mutual respect. The project also motivates participants to learn foreign languages.

Activities

The students will take part in various workshops on the topic of sustainability. They will create posters/flyers, produce videos and games about the 2030 Agenda goals and organize exhibitions. They will also develop action plans to make their school more environmentally friendly. Other activities include visits to social institutions, visits to waste incineration plants and water treatment plants, conducting surveys and creating artwork from waste.

Impact

The students are sensitized to environmental and climate protection and will learn how they can actively promote environmental protection in their everyday school life. Their key competencies will develop, their problem-solving skills, teamwork skills, digital skills and intercultural knowledge. They will also improve their German language skills. As part of the project, games and a dictionary on the topic of sustainability will be created.
