Objectives

The ROSE project aims at offering an innovative teaching material that helps employees in self-development and overcome stressful situations at work and better manage life navigation, including problems like stress, burnout, depression and climate anxiety. ROSE intends to develop a complex educational material whose target group is the internal mentors, trainers, HR managers, and the secondary target group, employees themselves. This will contribute to reducing the staff turnover of workforce.

Impact

The main result of ROSE project will be a complex educational package with 3 independent, but connecting parts: 1. a Handbook on self-development at a workplace (5 chapters) 2. a Handbook on storytelling (5 chapters) 3. a Role play game Besides, we ensure the successful project realization through Quality, Management, and Dissemination and exploitation related materials, events, communication materials, a project website, and social media site(s).
