Objectives

Engage project partners in a mutual learning process,increasing their knowledge in digital MIL,skills in designing high-quality educational materials and capacities of international project management. Increase the shield of media and information literacy of the project participants and beneficiaries against the modern digital challenges. Elaborate, test, iterate and validate educational materials about media and information literacy by and for the key stakeholders of the youth sector.

Activities

The elaboration of educational materials will be based on 3 local round-tables involving youth workers exchanging their good practices in MIL education, complimented by an international mapping. 2 development meetings will be held for curriculum design, while the rest of the editing will be online. An international training for youth workers will polish the materials and facilitate knowledge-transfer, while the pilot with young people will be co-designed by the participants of the TC.

Impact

increasing the quality of the partnership's tools, visibility and work 150 youth workers will directly or indirectly acquire the methodology of modern MIL education and the impact of new digital phenomena (e.g. AI, deepfake) on the media environment 300 young people will directly or indirectly receive tools and knowledge to navigate more safely in the modern media environment 1 Handbook 1 Methodological toolkit 1 Awareness-raising and educational Tiktok campaign with 10 videos
