The project coordinator and project partner from Germany designed the project as small scale partnership to strengthen its collaboration and work together to provide learning and training opportunities on developing vocational training courses for the Romanian migrants working in food industries in order to up-skill and integrate them better in the workforce of food industries in Ireland and Germany.

- Project Management and Coordination. - Transnational Project Meetings in Ireland (Limerick), Germany (Reinbek), and Romania (Suceava). - Learning, Teaching and Training Activity in Romania. - Develop Training Materials for Romanian Migrants Working in Food Industries in Ireland and Germany. - Testing the Training Materials by students at the Vocational college in Romania. - Dissemination of Project's Results.

- Strengthening partnerships between participating organizations and widening networks to support Romanian migrants working in food industries in Ireland and Germany. - Enhance the capacity of trainers, educators, teachers and staff of each participating organization. - Support Romanian migrants in developing training materials related to their jobs in the food industries.
