Specific objectives: - To improve digital skills of citizens through other disciplines concretely civics, environmental issues (green computing). - To provide our participants green skills and upcycling knowledge and competences for civic engagement. - To be able to apply ICT to increase ecological awareness (green online applications). - To ensure that they take environmental responsibility. - To enable them to participate voluntarily in organizational civic and cultural movements.
▶Activities
The training program will consist of the bait activities mentioned above; Civics: in a first theoretical phase, the knowledge of European values, active citizenship, environmental issues and their implementation in society will be held. In a second phase: the learners will participate actively in environmental events making them talk in discussion panels organized in the participating premises or in their community. The Culturecox's target group will participate in outings to nature reserves.
▶Impact
Culturecox is a program offering workshops, seminars, and activities for immigrant learners and vulnerable individuals (4 to 5 year activities) Proven bait activities designed to attract newcomers' attention will be carried out, based on successful results at the institutions. These include the citizen-preparation exam, a host language course (CEFR A2), an eco-clothes workshop, activities linked to an urban organic garden located on the premises, outings to natural spaces and seminars on civics.
