Objectives

The project aims to improve teachers' ability to use digital tools and STEM approaches effectively while raising awareness of local environmental issues. The goals include enhancing digital skills, increasing environmental awareness among students and society, creating STEM-based digital content and lesson plans, and fostering international collaboration through Erasmus workshops.

Activities

STEM-based digital activities and lesson plans developed within the scope of the project will be integrated into education processes. Teachers will raise awareness on environmental issues and transfer STEM approaches to their students by using materials such as digital stories, virtual tours, infographics and podcasts in their lessons. Through this integration, digital tools and environmental education will become a part of the curriculum.

Impact

At the end of the project, an 80% increase in the digital skills of 48 teachers and a 40% increase in the environmental awareness of 500 students is expected. In addition, 64 STEM-based digital activities and 48 lesson plans will be created and a ‘Digital Activity Book’ and a ‘Curriculum Integration Book’ will be published. At least 200 teachers will benefit from the project outputs as a result of Erasmus Environmental Workshops organised in international cooperation.
