OS1: Promote best practices for the inclusion and empowerment of young persons with disabilities. OS2: Strengthen the capacity of organisations to engage young persons with disabilities. OS3: Create concrete opportunities for civic and democratic engagement for young persons with disabilities. OS4: Encourage the multiplication of results at local and European levels in the long term.

WP1: PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Coordination, quality and risk management, monitoring, and evaluation WP2: KNOWLEDGE SHARING - Transnational survey, study visits in three countries, and online dialogue among youth organisations and organisations of persons with disabilities WP3: EMPOWERMENT - European training for the participation of young persons with disabilities WP4: PARTICIPATION - Co-creation of a European advocacy campaign of youth with disabilities WP5: COMMUNICATION AND RESULTS MULTIPLICATION
