Objectives

The project aims to strengthen capacity and cooperation between youth organisations by developing skills in using games as effective and inclusive educational tools on climate change. At the same time, through gamification and a focus on inclusive processes and tools, it aims to increase specific skills for involving, stimulating and supporting the participation of young people with fewer opportunities.

Activities

Over a period of 22 months, a series of interrelated activities will be carried out, including: development and completion of educational games, led by a team of experts and supported by 7 local/international testing activities, involving around 200 young people, including those with fewer opportunities, and youth workers; local/international promotion and dissemination activities, to give the project visibility, disseminate the results and promote its inclusive/participatory approach.

Impact

The main outcome will be the production of a set of 4 educational games on climate change, in analogue and digital format, multilingual (EN, BG, IT, PT, SI, LV) and accessible (analogue version also available in Braille). The games will be promoted among young people, organisations and youth workers at national/international level (with the aim of reaching about 250000 people), also in order to spread the inclusive/participative methodology used for their production.
