โ–ถObjectives

The CCP aims to develop an AI-powered digital prototype that enables small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to measure, assess, and enhance their organizational culture. The goal is to improve employee engagement, foster collaboration, and create a positive workplace environment through user-friendly culture management tools. The project will also build a sustainable network for SMEs to encourage knowledge sharing and facilitate cultural and digital transformation across Europe.

โ–ถActivities

The Culture Cockpit Project (CCP) will carry out five main activities: 1. Develop an AI-powered Culture Cockpit prototype (UX/UI interface) to measure and enhance organizational culture. 2. Host community-building events to foster a network and promote peer learning. 3. Conduct training sessions and workshops for SMEs to effectively implement the platform. 4. Monitor, evaluate, and disseminate project outcomes to ensure long-term impact.

โ–ถImpact

The project will deliver an AI-powered prototype platform for improving organizational culture. Expected outcomes include greater employee engagement, improved collaboration, and enhanced cultural alignment in SMEs. The CCP will foster a sustainable network for ongoing SME knowledge exchange, publish best practice guides, and contribute to digital and cultural innovation in Europe's SME sector.
