AI COMPASS: Guiding School Leaders Through Technological Frontiers

Project aims to reduce teacher's administrative burden using AI bots, improving educational process efficiency and quality. Through digital tools and training, we provide teachers with more time for students, enhance their digital literacy, and make the teaching profession more attractive and sustainable long term. This project will not only ease teachers' daily tasks but also enable a more personalized teaching approach, fostering educational innovation and preparing students for gital age.

This project will not only ease teachers' daily tasks but also enable a more personalized teaching approach, fostering educational innovation and preparing students for gital age.

Through Work Package 2, we will identify and analyze teachers' administrative tasks and develop the "Teacher Handbook" and Toolkit. In Work Package 3, we will organize LTT training in Turkey, develop a digital platform, adapt tools via the Toolkit, and conduct pilot testing with 40 teachers. In Work Package 4, "AI Ambassadors," we will disseminate the results through local workshops, media campaigns, and school directors.

We expect the following results from our project: • A Teacher Handbook, accompanied by a Competence Framework, providing practical guidance on "Howtouse AI as a tool to manage routine teacher tasks in schools." • The AI Compass Academy "AI Digital Mentor" online platform, which will host all project outcomes, including a Toolbox containing supplementary resources to support the methodology and training content for educators.
