Project aim - to enhance teachers providing methodological tools to strengthen students’ healthy self-esteem and self-awareness. Project objectives: 1. To prepare methodology with tools and methods for teachers to strengthen students’ self-esteem and self-awareness 2. To provide teachers with methodological tools and students with an informational basis about the importance of self-esteem in personal life and possibilities for strengthening it 3. Activities: 1. Development of methodology “Fostering Students’ Self-Esteem = Success in Education and Life” (EN, LT, CZ) 2. International training of teachers in CZ 3. Piloting & applying methodology in educational process with students 4. Evaluation of the training, methodology & impact for the target group 5. Face to face & online partners meetings 6. Management & Dissemination (articles, presentations, etc.) & Exploitation of project results 7. Final international practical conference in LT
▶Impact
Expected results: 1. Prepared methodology for teachers in EN, LT, CZ 2. 12 teachers from LT and CZ acquired professional competencies and information about tools to strengthen students' self-esteem during training and shared acquired knowledge and skills with another 40 teachers 3. Methodology tested, piloted and evaluated with 100 students, who enhanced their self-esteem and self-awareness 4. ~12000 of the target group introduced to the project methodology via various dissemination activities
