The project aims to exchange experience of 3 organizations from Poland, Italy and Latvia dealing with older people. The project addresses the need to prioritize learning for ecological transformation. The project is going to develop green competences through educating adults, raising their awareness, and changing attitudes towards pro-ecological ones.

Three international events for staff and seniors will be organized. The most experienced organisation (Latvia) will organize study visit about good practices oriented for caring about environment. There will be also 2 creative international workshops (in Italy & Poland) on ecology organized; the virtual gallery of works created during workshops with the maximum involvement of seniors as well as open days to share project message to local community.

The most important expected results of the project, at the organizational level will be: the development of international cooperation and a positive educational change by introducing new content in classes for seniors in the field of environmental protection. Also raising ecological awareness, increasing the sense of responsibility for the common future, changing everyday habits and reducing the negative impact on the environment of the local community will be important effect of the project.
