We want to raise the level of our students' self-confidence in situations which are new and uncomfortable for them such as new classes, new schools, school trips, school shows etc. Since our students are from small, closed, rural areas, we want to expose them to other cultures and develop their understanding and tolerance towards diversity.

We want to implement 3 local activities (presentations, research, online meetings, games, competitions), 3 students' mobilities (workshops, presentations at locations, craft work, lecture, music and dance), 3 post mobility activities (presentations, craft, music, dance) and 1 final activity with the school show.

Outcomes: - High level of students' self-confidence - Students have high knowledge and appreciation about their own culture - Students developed understanding and tolerance towards other cultures - Students developed their social competences (they understand themselves and others better, they have socially acceptable behavior) Output: - collection of well-being workshops - national costumes exhibition - school shows - educational video - forum theatres at schools - project handbook
