Objectives

By implementing this project, we first want to provide our teachers with the necessary knowledge and equipment on how to communicate with and support disadvantaged immigrant or refugee students who have been exposed to trauma.We want to increase the social, emotional and physical well-being of our traumatized students, disadvantaged students and refugee immigrant students in a holistic manner through transnational collaboration.

Impact

-Teachers will be equipped to identify disadvantaged and traumatized students and learn how to support them. -Teachers will gain skills in developing social, emotional and physical well-being to improve the well-being of disadvantaged students. -Disadvantaged students will have increased sense of belonging and holistic well-being. Early school dropouts will decrease. -The awareness of well-being will also increase among families of traumatized students and refugee immigrant students.
