▶Objectives
The project DECIDE aims to respect, celebrate and to improve the awareness of diversity amongst teachers and learners from four schools in Italy, Portugal, Türkiye and Poland. It promotes the social inclusion of students by improving their awareness in European Union. It wants to motivate students to use technology in a critical, safe and responsible way, to improve their key competences and to develop green skills.
▶Activities
The kick-off meeting will be held in Poland to determine the project management rules, to share the annual work plan, timetable. The 2nd teacher meeting at the end of the first year of the project, and 3rd and 4th meeting at the second half of the project will be held with evaluations, management processes and practices will be reported. The project team will hold monthly online meetings. There will be 4 mobilities to Poland, Turkiye, Portugal and Italy.
▶Impact
The benefits of this cooperation will be: Integration of students from disadvantaged sociocultural/economic backgrounds, increasing motivation and social inclusion. The partners will build strategies and methods to help students improve their outcomes and personal skills and will apply the principles of sharing good practices, create interactive e-book on cultural diversity. Increased motivation for school success and collaborative relaionships are foreseen.
